The destined accident

One fine Monday morning, as usual, Rahul and Keerthana were busy leaving to their office. Both of them worked for the same office. They both were best friends right from their childhood. It was getting late to the office, Rahul called Keerthana saying he was about to leave his home so that she could leave her home at the same time. This was their daily routine. Rahul would take his bike, Keerthana her car.

They were already getting late to the office, both of them were driving fast so that they could reach their office at least, a little less late. Rahul never had the habit of wearing helmet while going to work, as he always wanted to flaunt his styles. Keerthana never had the habit of wearing her seat belt while driving. Added to their unhealthy habits, destiny wanted to play in their lives.  As a result, they both met with a major accident on their way. Unfortunately, they weren’t alive anymore.

Their vehicles were taken down to the police station’s garage. Vehicles front portion were no more the same as it was before, it was unidentifiable. Keerthana’s car and Rahul’s bike were made to park next to each other. Here’s a little conversation that virtually happened between, Keerthana’s car and Rahul’s bike:

Bike: “Thank you Ms. I-AM-ALWAYS-IN-HURRY for ruining my life.”
Car: “hey! Hold your horses back mister. It was not just my fault. It was both of us’ faults.”
Bike: “ugghh! Come on, had your friend worn her seat belt, she somehow could have controlled you when she jumped you off from that speed breaker. It’s because of her rash driving and not wearing the seat belt, this happened.”
Car: “same with you. Had your friend worn his helmet, he could have managed to handle you when that piece of plastic came out of nowhere and hit him in his face.”
Bike: “alright! It’s not our faults. It’s those uncivilized intellectual brats’ mistakes. They do not follow proper safety rules nor do they wear any safety measures, and then they completely ruin rest of our lives.”
Car:  “yes. I hope, like this ruined lives of ours, should never happen to others.”
Bike:  “I wish someone give us our lives back to us. If not, our scars will remain as a lesson to others.”

Always remember, “Safety is a lock, but you are the key.”

The wanderer

a. There must be a place that feels exactly like home, but not home. There must be a phrase that  Sums up all the feel-good emotions that I so want to banter about. There must also be the warmth that I always needed. b. Every step I put requires the strength  Of wanting. I wander. I get lost. I wander. I find. c. Every play has 3 parts to it. The beginning. Feels terrible. The interval. Realization and the urge to get closer. The end. Finding the familiarity. The more I get lost, the more I find a part within me that I barely knew existed.

Goya

Just the other day while standing under an abandoned building similar to my heart, when it was raining cats and dogs, a man ran towards the building seeking for shelter. As apparent it was, he was all drenched. Striking a conversation was never so easy with a complete stranger, until it down poured heavily. Because everyone does look for shelter just like seeking for their souls out of life and have got nothing but share stories. The particular story of the man standing right across me left me dumbstruck. You see, relatable stories. Crazy as it sounds, but the fact is stories are never unique, just the souls dealing with it are. In the end, we're all just mundane stories narrated with different lives. As simple as that.

Aadhar Card & Evolution- An Observation On Complex Systems

A couple of days back I was at an Aadhar Card Centre to get my details updated. While I was waiting for my turn, I was just observing the surroundings and just about so, I went into the rabbit hole of thinking about how the Aadhar Card as an idea must have originated. It must have started with a purpose that every citizen of India must have a unique number through which the person is identified. Sounds simple, right? While the idea is simple at its core, when implemented at scale it becomes extremely complicated- a complex system, if you will. Let me go down the rabbit hole even further and I will do that by making a conjecture, the conjecture being, that any Primitive Idea when it is scaled at large becomes a very complex system. And moreover, the same pattern can be observed everywhere, right from the formation of cities from an evolutionary biological standpoint to the present-day human behavior in society and whatnot! Let me explain what I mean. To implement the idea of assigning
